Yes, you have the possibility to load all CAD files to save them as high quality image files that you can later print or do whatever you want with them, but for this process you will have to buy the full version. I don't think the DEMO version listed on the official website will allow full conversion for your files, but that doesn't mean you can't test it. Access the official website to download the application.
